Rachel has an incredible vision of transforming lives through fitness and movement. Her vibrant and energetic personality coupled with her unique coaching methodology has helped transform the lives of many by improving their wellbeing through movement, weight training and holistic lifestyle coaching. Rachel’s incredible fat loss journey and her own recovery from depression and anxiety is what fuelled her desire to help others overcome both physical and emotional struggles. From dance coach to schoolteacher and now personal trainer, she is an experienced educator, coach and mentor who understands what it takes to help others regain control of their life through movement, mindset and lifestyle changes.
Being “fit” means so much more than having a six pack, being able to run a marathon or squatting double your body weight. Everyone’s on a different life journey so we all have different fitness goals. For one person, it might be to lose 30lbs, for another, it might be to build strength to care for someone sick or even to play with their child without knee pain. Your transformation should NEVER be dictated by society's unrealistic standards of how you should look to be fit. But wait, we don't offer quick fixes (cos there are none) however, we give you all the tools and support you need to reach the goals that matter to you the most.

We believe that support and accountability is key to making progress, that is why we're here to get you from point A to point B. I'm not saying it will be easy, but it will definitely feel much better than doing it on your own. Remember this; getting unstuck may be hard, but staying stuck is harder.
